保存与加热｜Storage & Heating
冷冻保存可达 3 个月；开封后请在 3 天内食用完毕。
Keep frozen for up to 3 months. Once opened, consume within 3 days.

无需解冻。大火蒸 8–10 分钟，关火后焖 2 分钟再开盖。
No thawing needed. Steam over high heat for 8–10 minutes, then leave covered for 2 minutes before opening the lid.
