Welcome to Bao Sisters. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchases made through our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders and availability

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation. We may correct an obvious pricing, product or listing error before an order is fulfilled. Product images are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Payment must be completed through the payment options offered at checkout before an order is processed.

Delivery and frozen products

Delivery availability, fees and timing depend on the delivery address and the service selected at checkout. Our mantou products are delivered frozen. Please receive the order promptly and place all products in a freezer as soon as possible after delivery.

Addresses and cancellations

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable contact number. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations after an order has been processed. Orders affected by an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient may not be refundable.

Refunds

Refunds and replacements are handled according to our Refund Policy.
