欢迎来到 Bao Sisters！我们所有馒头均为冷冻包装，方便您随时加热享用。您可以自由混搭喜欢的甜味与咸味馒头，轻松组成属于自己的 Mantou Box。
Welcome to Bao Sisters! All our mantou are sold frozen for your convenience. Mix and match your favourite sweet and savoury flavours to build your own Mantou Box.
如何下单｜How to Order
1. 选择口味｜Choose Your Flavours
前往 Mix & Match Mantou 系列，选择您喜欢的口味并加入购物车。您可以自由混搭不同口味，没有固定组合限制。
Visit our Mix & Match Mantou collection, select your favourite flavours and add them to cart. Mix any flavours you like—there is no fixed combination required.
2. 越买越省｜Buy More, Save More
购买数量越多，自动优惠越多：
• 满 4 粒立减 RM1｜Buy 4 or more — Save RM1
• 满 8 粒立减 RM3｜Buy 8 or more — Save RM3
• 满 12 粒立减 RM6｜Buy 12 or more — Save RM6
• 满 20 粒立减 RM12，并免 RM3 保冷袋费｜Buy 20 or more — Save RM12 + Free Frozen Packaging
优惠会在结账时自动扣除，无需输入优惠码。
Discounts are applied automatically at checkout. No discount code is needed.
3. 冷冻包装费｜Frozen Packaging Fee
每张订单将收取 RM3 保冷袋费，以确保馒头在运送或取货前保持适当冷冻状态。购买满 20 粒即可免除这项费用。
An RM3 insulated bag fee applies to every order to help keep your mantou properly frozen during collection or delivery. This fee is waived for orders of 20 pcs & above.
备注：RM3 保冷袋费会在结账时显示于 Shipping fee 项目内，并非 Grab/Lalamove 配送费。
Note: The RM3 insulated bag fee will appear under Shipping fee at checkout. It does not include Grab/Lalamove delivery charges.
4. 自取｜Self-Pickup
自取只开放于星期三及星期五，10am–4pm。请在前往前先联络我们确认取货时间。
Self-pickup is available on Wednesdays and Fridays, from 10am–4pm only. Please contact us before coming to confirm your pickup time.
自取地点｜Pickup Location
No. 5, Jalan Daun Inai 21, Sunway SPK Damansara, 52200 Kuala Lumpur.
5. Grab / Lalamove 配送｜Grab / Lalamove Delivery
我们可安排 Grab 或 Lalamove 配送至 KL 和 Selangor 地区，实际配送安排视当天时段及司机供应情况而定。
We can arrange Grab or Lalamove delivery within KL and Selangor. Delivery availability is subject to scheduling and rider availability.
Grab/Lalamove 配送费由顾客直接支付给司机，不包含在网站结账金额内。
Grab/Lalamove delivery charges are paid directly to the driver and are not included in the website checkout total.
6. 收到后如何保存｜Storage After Receiving
收到后请尽快放入冷冻库。馒头可冷冻保存长达 3 个月；开封后建议在 3 天内食用完毕。
Please place your mantou in the freezer as soon as possible after receiving them. Keep frozen for up to 3 months. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
